As well as the full and easy to follow instructions, all of the kits contain base malts, hops, yeast and priming sugar, for our convenience they even include bottle caps. Most kits also contain ready crushed specialty grains and any other brewing additives required to elevate the completed beers from, ‘nice beer’, to ‘excellent beer’.
More than 25 kits, with recipes that are designed to conform to the AHA guidelines are available. Recipes include the Bold Series, which are, as the name suggests, a big and bold, all-malt kit and regular limited edition seasonal selections such as the superb spiced Holiday Ale.
